After a nice meal in NIne Muse…got introduce to the new VJ of MYV Asia, Taya Roberts - Uray Roberts daugher - …what a beautiful family….then, come along Ay Tjhing’s smart idea: Rubby will cook at her place the day after! cool..

so here it goes…salad by Ms. Rogers, Lasagana by “international chef from Colombia with experience in Inidia and Thailand” Rubby chica masala, desert by the new VJ Taya, champagne by Ms. Phan…

Rubby’s lasagna recipe:
- Minced beef and minced chicken - say 1/2 kg
- Tomato
- Mushrooms
- Lasagna pasta
- garlic
- onion
- tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- cinnamon - well…only for taking away the garlic n onion smells from the air and your clothes!!
- butter
- milk
- parmesan
- mozzarella

1. tomato+garlic+onion+salt+pepper+mince beef-chicken
2. butter+milk+salt+pepper
3. boil the pasta and put in the cold water!

Bake in 190degree about 45 minutes!

couldn’t get the idea how to do it properly? well..think about it yourself!!! Rubby hates me by putting this secret recipe of hers in my blog….hmmmm…
